Overview Zuper block is an extremely strong abrasion resistant composite consisting of complex carbides in a metallic matrix. This is metallurgically bonded to a mild steel backing plate. The carbide have a minimum hardness of 770 HV and contain carbides upto 1500 Hv, most commonly used in Cement plants globally.
Clinker, Lime stone & coal can severe wear on impact bars crusher hammers. Conventional hardfacing welding leads to huge stresses and heat affected zone to the hammer, hence leading to early wear and tear. Replacing these parts with Zuper blocks can substantially reduce wear, giving considerably savings in downtime and lost production. Zuper block is the most cost effective cement mill hammer tip available.
Custom built to suit your requirement, fitted to hammer shank with double spigot & 2 bolts located for extra strength & reliability giving a torque of 300 pounds. These blocks are easily replaceable and 2 sides can be used giving a longer life to the hammer body and reducing power consumption. This is world’s most cost effective and time saving method to any hard facing welding or any bimetallic hammers
